Move it or Lose it! Exercise class for over 60's

Aimed to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength. Every Friday 11:15-12:15am at TSC

Our exercise class is designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Whether you’re a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to come enjoy the benefits of working out in a group.

Ran by fully qualified instructor Julia Morgan, 'Move it or Lose it' aims to bring the fun and enjoyment back with a light workout routine.

Why not come and give it a go, with the first class free of charge!
