We’ve started our Summer Season officially now at TSC, here’s a look at what we’ve got planned over the month of May.
Wednesday 9th May signals the start of the Over 40’s home campaign with Mobberley as our first visitors. Looking to progress from the near miss of last year, these are the type of games we must be winning on order to secure our play-off spot for the year.
Tuxedo’s at the ready, it’s the Lacrosse Senior Awards Evening on Friday 11th May. Tickets as per usual sold out way in advance as the Lacrosse section look to see out their season in style. We remind all members that this is a closed night and the clubhouse will be shut to all except function guests from 6pm onwards.
Sunday 13th May is the conclusion to this years Hockey season. Kicking off with the final academy session in the morning and followed up with junior presentations, an interclub 7’s tournament and finishing up with the eagerly awaited Hockey AGM in the evening.
The ECB’s All Star Cricket Programme is back at Timperley from Monday 14th May looking to get as many as possible involved in the game from a young age. For the following 8 weeks there will be All Star sessions on both Monday’s and Tuesday’s from 4-5pm. For more details on All Star Cricket and how to sign up, please follow these links - Monday and Tuesday
No sooner does the Hockey season finish than it begins again. Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th are the start of the Hockey Summer League at TSC. With over 25 teams taking part over both evenings this promises to be our busiest and best Summer League ever. As usual the bar will be open throughout if any spectators fancy getting their summer hockey fix.
Following on from Senior Awards the week previous, Friday 18th May is the date for the Lacrosse Junior Awards Evening. After very successful campaigns from a number of the TLC junior sides there could be a long night of prize giving on the cards.
Tuesday 29th May signals the return of Chris and Wendy’s ever popular Soccerwise Holiday Fun Weeks to TSC. The course is running up until [b]Friday 8th June[b] and is, as per usual, incredibly competitively priced. For more information including how to book please follow this link.
As the sun stays out hopefully we will see as many of you as possible over the coming month of May.
