2. TSC Polices and Procedures

The former Policies and Rules of Timperley Sports Club (previous club structure) transferred to Timperley Sports Club Ltd (TSC) in 2020.

The Board has set up a Governance Working Group, chaired by Alan Holdsworth, with Shelagh Everett and Bob Page to work through a full review and refresh to support the effective running of TSC.

Policies are reviewed by the Board and as relevant Sections (via Chairs) and then approved by the Board and provide the framework by which we manage and run the Club in line with our Rules and Objects.

As Policies and Procedures are updated and approved they will be posted on the website and communicated with members.

Where applicable the Policies and Procedures also relate to Timperley Sports Club (Trading) Ltd, our trading company that operates the bar and non charitable activity.
