Since Launching the Great Timperley Auction we've had a fantastic response from members donating Lots to help raise funds for the Green Pitch Project. Big thank you to everyone who has donated - the 106 Lots mean we should be able to kick off the Green Pitch Fundraising with a bumper contribution to the £20,000 target !

We've lots for all tastes, ages, pockets ! From Sports equipment and memorabilia, bar snacks and booze, weekends away, all sorts of services from a cake a week, a pint of black sheep for a year to drive cleaning, lawn care and dog walking !

The Auction is being run on a fundraising platform called http://www.Jumblebee.co.uk so its secure, tested and manages the payments too and even has a leader table of which Lot's are pulling the biggest bids !

Don't miss out - the Auction will run until 18:30 on Saturday 20th June 2020 -when the final items will be 'knocked down' during a special 300 Club Live Draw ! Family, friends and non members are welcome to bid for lots too !

So here's how it works ....

1. Follow this link https://www.jumblebee.co.uk/thegreattimperleyauction The Great Timperley Auction where you can view the auction page and the 100+ ‘lots’ on offer.

2. Create an account by entering your name, phone number and email

3. View the Lots - don't forget to scroll down so you see everything and the Lots are in a random order so don't miss out but not scrolling to the end !

Click anywhere on the item in order to open up the images and the lot description. Click the "X" at the top of the image to get back to the auction home page.

4. Make a Bid
To place a bid click on the item, enter your bid and click on "Bid Now". If you are not already signed in you will be prompted to register (with your email, phone number and password) or to sign in, if you already have a jumblebee account. These details are requested so that you can be contacted if you are the winning bidder and will never be passed to a 3rd Party.

Once you have signed in you will be asked to confirm your bid - at this point you can uncheck "Show my name" if you would prefer to remain anonymous for that bid. You can also opt in to receive a text alert. If your bid is successful you will see a "highest bidder" message on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email and text. If your bid has been successful but you are outbid later you will receive an email and text informing you, with a link to bid again.

5. How do I know if my bid has claimed the Lot ?

Highest bidders will be informed by email shortly after the close of the online auction with details of how to pay, and how to claim your item(s).
Payment must be made before items can be received within 48 hours
If for any reason successful bidders do not pay or withdraw the Lot will be offered to the second highest bidder

That's all there is to it ! Have a good scroll though the items and help support the Club fund-raising and get bidding for some of the cracking items on offer !
