Sporting News and Updates

Big congratulations to TCC 1st XI Captain, Ed Galley, and all invovled with TCC on their promotion back to the Cheshire Cricket Association Premier Division. Not quite the final day the lads wanted but the sealed promotion, with neighbours Bowdon, and didn't let anything get in the way of a celebrating long in to the night.

This weekend there's a full programme of hockey with 8 home games on Saturday from 12.15 including the Women's 1s v Harrogate at 4pm in in Conference North. The Men's 1s start their league campaign of Sunday v Beeston 2s at 2.30pm. All welcome to come along to watch the matches! Lacrosse start their matches next week and junior football will be weather watching to see if the grass is fit to play on following Friday's deluge. We've plenty of sport on TV too - almost too much chose !

Sadly, the weather was the winner again this week, as it was too wet to start the repairs to the potholes on the main drive. Hopefully the repairs will start next week weather permitting.
