We’re putting the finishing touches together for this Saturday’s TSC Christmas Party and one of the highlights every year is our Giant Tombola. To make it as fun and successful as always we’re asking members families and friends to drop off any prize donations you can spare before 12pm on Saturday 13th December.

Both the adult and children’s Tombola sections are always hugely popular and your contributions play a massive role in making the event a success. Every prize donated helps us raise money for the clubhouse and bar redevelopment planned for Spring 2026.

You can drop donations into the collection boxes in the Committee Room at any time this week. Please ensure everything is new unopened and in date so we can label and set it out ready for the party.

What we’re looking for

Adult Tombola

• Boxes of chocolates
• Wine alcohol or non alcohol options
• Spirits and gift sets
• Chocolate and sweet gift sets
• Candles and fragrances
• Bubble bath or beauty sets
• Small unwanted gift sets that are perfect for re gifting

Children’s Tombola

• Selection boxes
• Chocolate coins and sweet treats
• Bath sets
• Toys games and books
• Filled jars with sweets fidget toys hair accessories etc
• Small treat boxes or baskets you’ve made up

If you’re picking up offers in the shops this week the classic “3 for 2” items make great Tombola prizes. Anything suitable for an adult or child is very welcome.

If you’re new to Tombola it’s simple and great fun. You buy tickets on the night and any number ending in a 0 or 5 wins a prize so there are lots of chances to take something home.

We’re also looking for a few extra helpers to staff the Tombola between 3pm and 7pm on Saturday. If you can spare an hour please email info@timperley-sports.com with your name, section and any times you’re available.
